Most of the coverage on the products we install is transferable to a new owner. That makes a patio cover, pergola, or sunroom from Southwest Builders more than an upgrade you enjoy today. It is a documented, warrantied improvement that carries value when you sell.
The manufacturer stands behind the product. We stand behind the installation. Every project is engineered for your site, permitted with your city, and inspected before we call it done. We stand behind our workmanship and are committed to making it right if an installation issue arises.
Like all manufacturer warranties, these have a few real conditions worth knowing up front. Coverage must be registered with the manufacturer within 30 days of installation to stay in force. The warranties cover manufacturing defects, and ask for basic care: periodic cleaning with mild dish soap and water, never abrasive or solvent cleaners that can harm the baked finish. Damage from misuse or extreme events is excluded, as it is on any product of this kind.

Yes. The aluminum patio covers and pergolas we install, from the Four Seasons Elitewood Ultra and Classic series, carry a manufacturer limited lifetime warranty to the original property owner against peeling, blistering, flaking, chipping, rusting, and cracking. The Ultra Series also warranties its premium PVDF finish against excess fading and chalking.
Yes. Our Four Seasons Alpha Plus sunrooms carry a lifetime limited material warranty from C-Thru, the original sunroom manufacturer since 1947. That includes a 20-year warranty on the insulated glass and coverage for incidental glass breakage.
Most of it is. The Elitewood Ultra warranty transfers to a new owner for 20 years from the original install date, the Classic warranty transfers within the first 10 years, and the Alpha Plus sunroom warranty is fully transferable when the new owner registers within 60 days of the sale. A transferable warranty is a genuine resale-value advantage.
