Project Overview:

Southwest Builders was proud to partner with the Riverwalk Owners Association and PHOAC (Professional HOA Consultants) to revitalize the HOA’s common area in the heart of the Riverwalk community in Santee, California. The project involved the complete demolition of a large, deteriorating wooden pergola, followed by the installation of a brand-new, durable 16’ x 35’ freestanding Alumawood aluminum pergola.

  • Finished in a rich Brown color to complement the surrounding architecture
